A British couple’s luxury holiday home in Florida has earned international recognition after their property, Aura Sunrise, won the coveted Most Unstoppable Brand Award.
The award celebrates their creativity, passion, and determination in transforming the Orlando-area property into an immersive, one-of-a-kind holiday experience. Since opening in February 2025, the luxury home has attracted guests from across the globe, impressing families with its unique themed design and attention to detail.
After enjoying over 30 years of family holidays to Florida, Uttam and Rakshita Parmar, along with their son, decided to turn their love for the Sunshine State into a thriving business. In July 2024, they purchased a property within Orlando’s highly desirable Champion’s Gate community. By February 2025, they had transformed it into a vibrant, fully themed holiday retreat designed to deliver unforgettable experiences for visiting families.
Aura Sunrise is more than a place to stay, it’s a full holiday experience. The nine-bedroom home sleeps up to 24 people and boasts:
- Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel, Toy Story, Princess and Disney-themed rooms
- Luxurious master suite, under the sea and golf-themed rooms
- A Mario themed games room and cinema with surround sound
- A saltwater pool, spa, and golf challenge
- On-site scavenger hunts and challenges for guests
Set minutes away from Orlando’s iconic attractions, the home is also part of a luxury resort community featuring its own water park, golf courses and other amenities.
The couple say winning the Most Unstoppable Brand Award is proof that following a passion can lead to something truly remarkable.
“We poured our hearts into Aura Sunrise, and this award means the world to us,” they said. “We wanted to create somewhere families could make magical memories without feeling like they had to be in a theme park every day. Guests often tell us it’s the most unique place they’ve ever stayed, and that’s exactly what we hoped for.”
Guests can book Aura Sunrise directly at AuraSunrise.com to save on platform fees, or through Airbnb and VRBO. The couple share behind-the-scenes updates and guest stories on Facebook and Instagram, where the home’s popularity continues to grow.
