The Tsiledakis Group has revealed plans for its latest venture, Hilton Chania Old Town, marking a significant new addition to its expanding portfolio. The striking property, located at the gateway to Chania’s historic Old Town, is scheduled to open in May 2026. Developed in partnership with Hilton and operated by Hotelleading, the resort promises a refined blend of heritage and modern luxury.
The hotel will feature 85 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites, each complete with its own private pool. Guests will enjoy uninterrupted sea views across every level, alongside a rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic vistas of the Cretan coastline. Designed for year-round stays, Hilton Chania Old Town will cater to travellers seeking both cultural immersion and contemporary comfort.
Rooted in the spirit of Chania—once the thriving centre of ancient Cydonia—the hotel will invite guests to explore the city’s rich layers of history, from Venetian fortifications and Minoan relics to Ottoman architecture and its timeless harbour. Combining this deep sense of place with forward-looking elegance, Hilton Chania aims to redefine the island’s luxury hospitality scene.
Set to operate 365 days a year, Hilton Chania will support Chania as a destination through:

Hilton Chania will feature spacious interiors, elegant finishes, private balconies, and wellness amenities such as in-room saunas in selected suites. The sixth floor will be dedicated to high-end accommodations, including Presidential and Royal Suites, all with expansive sea views.
The 600 m² Royal Suite will be among the largest on the island, accommodating up to 10 guests in a private setting ideal for VIPs, celebrities, honeymooners, and other discerning travellers.
