For anyone who has missed it, Matthew McConaughey, with the help of friends, is raising human awareness with his life lessons and retrospective philosophy to help people grow, heal, find peace, and have reverence for this journey called “life.”

In April, McConaughey launched the free “Art of Livin” online virtual event with guest speakers, such as life strategist Tony Robbins, NFL football player Trent Shelton, thought leader Marie Forleo and author and entrepreneur Dean Graziosi. McConaughey described the event as “A chance for you to draw a line in the sand, put the last three years behind you, and shape your life with trust, joy, and a little more outlaw logic.”

The latest course, “Roadtrip: The Highway to More,” is an interactive workshop with over four hours of training modules with introspective teachings from McConaughey’s life as guidance to help raise the human experience in a vastly changing world. The “Art of Livin” project and road map workshop series is another layer of McConaughey’s work, first published in his book “Greenlights.”

McConaughey describes the next series as a handcrafted workshop with sessions linked together with discussions of life’s journey and mile markers, as he calls it, as a way to head toward more and that “more” is defined differently to each person.

Matthew McConaughey went to social media this week to promote the road trip series part of the “Art of Livin” project
