by Staff

If you love burgers, you have options all across Big Sky Country. From classic to funky, Montanans love their beef and we especially love it when you put it on a bun, add some cheese, and throw some condiments on top of it.

Montana has some of the best burgers in the United States with places like The Burger Dive in Billings, Roadhouse Diner in Great Falls, Wally and Buck in Missoula, and Backcountry Burger Bar in Bozeman.

However, a new burger joint has opened up in a popular resort town, and not only do they have incredible burgers and fries, but they offer milkshakes that will blow your mind and leave you wanting more.

Located in Big Sky, Montana, Blindside Burger is one of the newest restaurants in the popular ski town and is certainly worth the trip. Blindside has several different burgers to choose from, including some culinary creations that are not only delicious but massive.

For those who love smash burgers, Blindside has you covered including a couple of unique burgers like “The Lone Wolf” which is a smash burger with bourbon peanut butter, smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, and garlic aioli. Then there is the “Beehive Basin” which is a smash burger loaded with smoked gouda, bacon, hot honey, caramelized onions, and garlic aioli.

What about the sides?

Looking over the the menu, Blindside has lots of options including some impressive sides like truffle fries, loaded fries, garlic cheddar curds, gouda mac-n-cheese bites, and stout breaded onion rings.

Of course, one of the biggest sellers is their milkshakes, and there are several to choose from. From the traditional milkshake to their specialty “Gnarley Shakes” which include the “Cosmic Cookie“, “Chocolate Peanut Butter Paradise“, “Birthday Cake“, “The E.T.”, “Unicorn Toot“, and the “Donut Delight“.
