Bargain European holiday park breaks on sale from £6pp a night in May

by Staff

HOLIDAY parks are one of Brits’ favourite ways to spend a staycation, but they rarely come to mind when talking of European holidays.

But they could save families hundreds of pounds, as we’ve spotted Eurocamp holidays costing from £5.50pp a night.

By staying in a holiday park, tourists can experience the fun and freedom of the outdoors and the flexibility of using it as a base to explore the surrounding areas.

And speaking of flexibility, the holiday parks offer any day arrivals, with short stays between three and seven nights, and up to 28-night holidays.

Eurocamp says every aspect of your holiday is “completely customisable”, so you can choose to spend more time in the park or explore your chosen destination.

That said, the parks offer many on-site amenities, from huge waterparks and outdoor activities to private beaches, sandy lagoons, crazy golf, and go-karts.

The new sale is offering May getaways for less than £200 per week, and we’ve found camping holidays starting from as little as £112 per stay.

This means you could bag a week-long European holiday from just £4pp a night.

When it comes to destinations, the parks are located in popular hotspots in France, Croatia, Portugal, Italy and more.

Some are also near theme parks, including Disneyland in France, PortAventura in Spain, and Gardaland in Italy.

There are four “parc categories”, so you can choose from traditional campsites, villages, resorts, splash parks and “Marvilla parks” (which have massive pool complexes).

Europe’s best beaches according to Tripadvisor

The cheapest prices are available on tent stays, but there are also plenty of options for caravans and holiday homes.

For instance, the cheapest deal we’ve spotted is seven nights at Les Mas de Sireuil park, in Dordogne, France.

In the heart of Dordogne, the holiday park offers a pool with waterslides and a petting farm, a kids’ club for little ones aged 4 to 10, and plenty of outdoor sports activities.

Tent stays in May are available from £112 per stay (£4pp a night), while holiday homes cost from £126 per week (£5.50pp a night).

These are some of the best deals we’ve found, staying in a classic holiday home this May:

All parks have on-site restaurants or cafes, and most accommodations have fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes.

By summer 2024, more than 400 parks across Europe will be open, including more than 250 new sites with huge attractions like water complexes, slides, and direct beach access.

It’s wortIt’sting that transport is not included in these deals but can be added as an extra.

For more family-friendly deals, adult tickets at Disney World & Universal are back at kids’ prices with freebies and entry from £24pp a day.

Meanwhile, easyJet released more free child places for August school summer holidays.

And we’ve also found a massive hotel in Turkey with its own theme park and waterpark – and it’s just five minutes from the beach.
